    Austria (Tyrol)?

    Not sure because the chalets I've seen there are much more colourful than these in Bimbow's beautiful photos.

    The quaint town pic with the castle looks very peaceful and inviting, but those mountains have a menacing feel about them. rock   Have you been mountain climbing or skiing there bimbow?

    Me, Whiskers?  Mountain climbing or skiing?   No, no  - I haven't got the joints.  I enjoy easy walking, rides in cable cars and on mountain railways and the odd trip on a lake steamer.  And taking in the spectacular scenery.

    Been back almost a week now,  but the wonderful images are still in my memory. toast
