How do you hold your drink?

The way people hold their drink reveals their personality, a new study claims.

All revellers fall into one of eight different personality types which are given away by their drinking techniques, a leading psychologist has concluded.

Dr Glenn Wilson, a consultant psychologist at King's College, London, observed over 500 drinkers in bars last month.

Now there's someone who obviously enjoys his job (lucky git).
I wonder how he holds his own. How do you hold your drink? 2238782717

He analysed drinkers' body language and then advised on their openness to being approached.

He has categorised them as the 'Flirt', 'Gossip', 'Fun-Lover', 'Wallflower', 'Ice Queen', 'Playboy', 'Jack the Lad' and 'Browbeater'.

I must be a bit of a multi-personality cos depending on the situation and who I'm with, I tend to come under all of 'em. How do you hold your drink? 40742102

I don't fit into any of those categories. Most people I know don't either.
He must have tested some very low class establishments (swigging from a bottle!).

Oh, didn't you know, Stardust ... that is the in thing amongst the pub and wine bar goers nowadays ... drinking from the bottle ... usually served with a slice of lemon or lime stuck on the top of the bottle. I believe this trend was in fact started as a wise cautionary recommendation, owing to the startingly increasing incidents amongst clubbers a couple of years back, of drinks (glasses) being 'spiked' with what has become known as the 'date rape' drug (can't remember the name ... begins with an 'r' I think), a tiny tablet which can be surreptitiously dropped into a glass and people ending up being raped at the end of the night and not being able to remember a thing about it!

Now you mention it, KK, I had vaguely heard of that.
But what's the use of a pretty dress and shoes to make a girl feel good if she's got to be swigging from a bottle? Definitely not lady-like.
Besides, unless she holds on to the bottle(s) in her hand all evening long, even when dancing, what's to stop a pill being slipped inside almost as easily as in a glass?
