    I was looking for a UK web site that keeps consumers informed, in particular of defective products, recalls and safety concerns. It's very useful because otherwise we don't necessarily find out from the media or shop postings. I regularly consult the one we have here.
     
    I found this one but turns out it’s American: http://consumerwatch.com/
     
    The UK version appears to be "Which": https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights

    I'm putting these up in case anyone doesn't know. Very Happy
    "Which" even has template letters you can use.
