    Today, 20th March, is the International Day of Happiness so we must all make a special effort to dissipate any Monday blues, to be happy ourselves and spread it around us to all we meet.

    It is also the first day of Spring today, so it's a wonderful idea to take a walk and see the awakening world, breathe in the fresh air of life starting up again in our parks and gardens, and of course the countryside for those with abodes outside cities.

    May you all be blessed and enjoy this beautiful day and all the wonders that Nature offers us as gifts to brighten our lives.
