Indian food to make your mouth water

Post by Stardust on Fri 30 Sep 2016 - 9:55

Just looking at the photos on this site makes the mouth water.

I love Indian food and I don't eat meat so this is perfect for me. Even non-vegetarians will find lots of great dishes to prepare and which have that special exotic flavour of India.

Lots of good, easy to follow recipes here:

Just noticed this, Stardust.  I have sent the link to my brother, who has recently become obsessed interested in experimenting with cooking vegetarian recipes/dishes.  He has just returned to Saudi Arabia to begin a new contract of employment there (he is a TEFL teacher) and certain ingredients are unavailable or rare there, hence the experimenting with different dishes, fresh herbs & spices, etc. I was guinea-pig to some of his slow-cooker experiments while he was recently here in the UK - and must say he's become quite the master chef, producing some yummy stuff along the way.
I'm thinking he'll make good use of the various delicious-looking offerings to be found in that link.
Thanks for posting it.

There are other good sites. Here's another of my favourites:

Click on the photo of the dish to get the recipe.

Enjoy (and your brother too). purr
