Dogs and language

Post by Guest on Thu 5 May 2011 - 15:05

Many people believe that their dogs can understand language. Others, however, whilst acknowledging that dogs can respond to verbal cues, say that dogs don't understand the language - it's just associative learning.

A new study has come to light which challenges this sceptical view where a dog not only appears to understand language, but can respond to it too.

Aw, wasn't that cute.

This is one of my absolute favourite videos.

Here's someone who's not too impressed though.

This one reminds me of some discussions on another forum. Wink giggle
