Waiting for Stardust to update .   Basketball    Where is he?

Forgive me, I've been away from here for a time and not had chance to catch up on the gossip yet.
Has this thread become redunant?

Incidentally, I am liking the new forum look.  sunny    Very bright and cheery.  clap

Love that parrot squawking about the new posts.  giggle :thumb:

Welcome back, Jamboree. Smile   We missed you.

It's actually Whiskers we're waiting for.  Stardust has guessed right with pregnant, I'm pretty sure of it - but it's Whiskers who has to confirm it.  She's the one that's missing here.  Whiskers ............. where aaaaaare you???

Re: Guess the word

Post by Stardust on 30th September 2016, 10:28

oops, a whole year waiting for me to respond. sorry

Here are the instructions again, because I couldn't remember them myself (doh!). cheesy

Choose a random word:
Give the first and last letters,
plus the total number of letters,
and a one-word or short definition,
so other members can guess the word.
Hmm

So here's a new word:

First and last letter = R
Total number of letters = 9
Clue = Container

But yes, Kitkat, that's the correct word. Very Happy

I'd never heard of bimbow's "bottle" word and I don't know anything about a darts board game.

OK - another clue; this might make it a bit easier:  Another word for it - has 8 letters, beginning with T.
(The darts is just an example; it's used for other things too).
