Re: SKEPS Forum
I reckon it could lay claim to being the biggest and most successful active skeptics' forum in the UK.

Well, at least it's active ... (being the operative word there).

Well done, SKEPPIES!bimbow wrote:Celebrating the second birthday!
I'm pleased to see that it took off well, and still remains an enjoyable community forum.
Long may it stay so.

Kitkat is aware of the long story, but Skeps has moved. A lot of tedious work involved, but we are confident it will be worth it.

Re: SKEPS Forum
Well done, bimbow. You've done well to change from the FFs hosting ... not an easy task, as you say - involving a lot of hard work transferring everything over by hand to a much more reliable hosting service.
(FFs certainly don't make it easy for people wishing to leave, so most people have no choice but to put up with all the [frequent - especially of late!] disruptions and frustrations involved with downtime throughout the boards there.
Good luck to the new/old Skeps Forum. http://skepsforum.prophpbb.com/

Re: SKEPS Forum
Well, I'm a few days late, but Skeps Forum was started on October 8th, 2011 - so a fifth birthday!
And another change of address, if anyone here is interested. It is all to do with the Tapatalk take over of Prophpbb, which seemed very good. But everything changes.
