    Here's the wording:

Prohibit legalised theft by con artists.

Responsible department: Department for Culture, Media and Sport

Vulnerable people are being systematically targeted by con artists which is condoned by the government.

If any thief is caught, they suffer the consequences under normal legal action. Why are the thieves who pretend to receive message from the dead freely permitted to steal from feeble-minded people?

The so-called "harmless" psychics, astrologers, tarot readers et cetera, are causing damage to vulnerable people and perpetuating myths in the minds of young people. Whilst anyone should be permitted to believe in anything they want, no matter how stupid, people should surely be educated not to believe in things which simply do not exist.

The government should raise a law which prohibits these thieves from advertising or performing.

    Skepticism at its best. :thumb:

Who the hell is this numpty, Bob Cash - to be pointing the finger and labelling whole sections of people he has never even met - as "feeble-minded" and "stupid" !!!!

The real "feeble-minded" and "stupid" are the 22 numbskulls that have so far signed their names to that ridiculously STUPID petition.  angry

No, that really is as good as it gets! giggle

Although it's silly, it does characterize the mindset "skeptics" adopt on this issue (and many others) quite well.

    Skeptics' forum, blogs, etc? giggle

I can't imagine how anyone who hasn't been infected by the non-thinking, follow-the-crowd, skeptic mindset seeing it for anything other than the utter stupidity it is.
