    Panorama: Don't Cap My Benefits, BBC One, Thursday 10 April at 21:00 BST and then available in the UK on the BBC iPlayer.

    Life on the front line after the benefits cap

    It is more than six months since the government's benefits cap was introduced, with the aim of encouraging people into work. Panorama followed council officers in the London Borough of Brent for seven months to find out how it was affecting families.

    Brent is actually the borough that I live in, so it'll be interesting to see what this programme has to say.
